Republicans are concerned Trump is having a “nervous breakdown” over Kamala Harris. Trump’s attacks on Harris, including calling her “dumb” and questioning her race, are seen as ineffective.
GOP insiders describe his behavior as a public meltdown, fearing he can’t handle a competitive race against Harris.
Then I guess a lot of Americans are !
